Delete Your Trade Tech Account

Business users can request permanent deletion of their Trade Tech account and associated personal information.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to:

support@tradetecheswatini.online

Use the email subject:

Where possible, send the request from the email address registered to your Trade Tech business account.

Please include:

• Your registered email address.
• Your business name.
• A clear statement that you want your Trade Tech account deleted.

Verification

We may need to verify that you are authorized to delete the account before processing the request.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, TradeTech Solutions will delete or anonymize account-related personal information where reasonably possible.

Account deletion may permanently remove access to business data, including:

• Business profile information.
• Products and inventory.
• Orders and order records.
• Sales records.
• Expense records.
• Reports associated with the account.

Information That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal obligations.
• Fraud prevention and security.
• Financial or transaction record requirements.
• Resolving disputes.
• Legitimate business record-keeping requirements.

Temporary backup copies may also remain for a limited period before being removed through normal backup processes.
