TradeTech Solutions ("Trade Tech", "we", "us", or "our") provides a business management and customer pre-order platform that helps businesses manage products, inventory, sales, orders, expenses and reports.

This Privacy Policy explains the information Trade Tech may process, why it is used and how it is protected.

Information We May Collect

Information processed through Trade Tech may include:

• Business account information, including email address and authentication information.
• Business information such as business name, category, products, prices, inventory, orders, sales and expenses.
• Customer pre-order information such as customer name, phone number, selected products, quantities and order status.
• Limited technical and security information necessary to operate, secure and maintain the service.

Passwords are handled through our authentication provider and are not stored by Trade Tech as readable passwords.

How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• Create and authenticate business accounts.
• Provide business management functionality.
• Process and manage customer pre-orders.
• Maintain sales, inventory, order and expense records.
• Generate business reports.
• Protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access.

Service Providers

Trade Tech uses third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase, for services such as authentication, database hosting and application infrastructure.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.

Business Data Separation

Trade Tech is designed as a multi-business platform. Business records are associated with individual businesses, and database access controls are used to help prevent one business from accessing another business's private management data.

Customer Information

Customer information submitted through a pre-order is provided to the business receiving that order so that the business can prepare, manage and complete the order.

Businesses using Trade Tech are responsible for handling customer information appropriately and only for legitimate business purposes.

Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Trade Tech, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the service or comply with valid requests.

When an account deletion request is completed, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible, except where retention is necessary for legal, security, financial or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

Temporary backup copies may remain for a limited period before being removed through normal backup processes.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication and database access controls, to protect information.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
