These Terms of Service govern the use of the Trade Tech application and related services provided by TradeTech Solutions.

By using Trade Tech, you agree to these Terms.

Trade Tech Services

Trade Tech may provide businesses with tools to:

• Manage products and inventory.
• Record sales and expenses.
• Receive and manage customer pre-orders.
• Manage order statuses.
• Generate and export business reports.
• Manage business information.

Customers may use Trade Tech to browse participating businesses and submit pre-orders.

Business Accounts

Business users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and business information.
• Keeping account credentials secure.
• Activities performed through their accounts.
• Ensuring authorized staff use Trade Tech appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate product, price, inventory and business information.

Accounts must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or unauthorized purposes.

Customer Orders

Trade Tech facilitates the submission and management of pre-orders between customers and participating businesses.

The individual business is responsible for fulfilling its orders, maintaining accurate product availability, preparing goods, communicating with customers when necessary and resolving issues relating to its products or services.

TradeTech Solutions is not the seller of products offered by independent businesses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments

Where online payment functionality is unavailable, customers and businesses are responsible for arranging payment directly.

Future payment features may be subject to additional terms and third-party payment-provider requirements.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Attempt to access another business's private information.
• Circumvent authentication or security controls.
• Use Trade Tech for illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Upload malicious software or interfere with the service.
• Misuse customer personal information.
• Intentionally provide misleading business or product information.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Trade Tech reliable and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

Features may occasionally be modified, suspended, updated or unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security requirements or third-party service availability.

Business Records and Reports

Trade Tech provides reporting and calculation tools to assist businesses.

Users remain responsible for verifying records before relying on them for accounting, taxation, regulatory or other formal purposes.

Intellectual Property

The Trade Tech application, branding, interface, software and related materials are owned by or licensed to TradeTech Solutions unless otherwise stated.

Users remain responsible for the business information and other content they submit to the platform.

Account Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address serious violations of these Terms, fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, platform abuse or legal requirements.

Users may also request deletion of their accounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeTech Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Trade Tech, independent business transactions, incorrect information supplied by users or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Trade Tech evolves. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date.
